April is National Grilled Cheese Month, and we couldn’t let the month end without giving a shout-out to one of our favorite sammies. Thanks to the current crave craze for comfort foods, grilled cheese sandwiches are frequent guest stars on wedding reception, cocktail hour, and late-night menus.

Below, dig in to some of our favorite grilled cheese ideas from Utah caterers and tastemakers. Whether bite-sized and served with tomato soup shooters or grilled on-site from a food truck and stuffed with juicy pulled pork, guests young and old will devour these gooey eats. Cue the napkins!
